What we collect
Information you send us. When you request a Growth Analysis or contact us, we collect what you enter: your name, work email, company, store URL, platform, revenue and traffic ranges, advertising spend, growth challenge, targets and any message. We use it to prepare the analysis, to reply to you and to run the engagement if we work together.
Usage information. We use analytics tools (Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager) to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, scroll depth, form starts and completions, and general device and location information. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify individuals.
How it is stored
Form submissions are stored in a secured database hosted in Canada and delivered to our team by email. Both are access-controlled and used only for the purposes above. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that process it on our behalf (email delivery, database hosting, analytics), each bound by their own privacy commitments.
Submitting a form sends you one confirmation email. We do not add you to a newsletter or automated marketing sequence. Any ongoing correspondence is between you and a member of our team, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Cookies
The site uses cookies set by our analytics tools to distinguish sessions. You can block or clear cookies in your browser without affecting your ability to use the site or submit a form.
Your rights

Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top is updated. Material changes will be noted on this page.
