Thousands of pages that each deserve to exist
Large catalogs hide real demand in combinations: brand plus category, material plus room, size plus use case. Programmatic SEO builds pages for those combinations from your data. Done carelessly it produces doorway pages and a manual action. Done with gates it produces a durable organic engine.
What changes
- Attribute, brand and use-case pages generated from catalog data with unique substance on each
- Indexation rules and quality thresholds that decide which combinations get a page
- A system your team can extend as the catalog grows without touching code
Acts on: Traffic, Discovery
What is included
The work, item by item
Demand modelling
Search data, on-site search logs and catalog attributes combined to find combinations with real query volume and enough products to fill a page.
Page system design
Templates for filtered collections, brand pages, comparison pages and use-case guides, each with data-driven copy, FAQs, related links and structured data.
Quality gates
Minimum product counts, uniqueness scoring, thin-page suppression and canonical logic so only combinations with genuine value are indexable.
Platform implementation
Built natively: Shopify collections with metaobjects and templates, WooCommerce taxonomies, or generated routes on headless stacks. No separate microsite.
Internal linking architecture
Hub and spoke linking, breadcrumbs and cross-links so programmatic pages inherit authority and pass it back to core categories.
Indexation monitoring
Search Console tracking per page family with kill switches: if a family fails to index or earn traffic, it is consolidated rather than expanded.
Focused work
Programmatic SEO tasks with their own page
Fit
This is the right service if
If none of these sound like your store, the Growth Analysis will point at what does.
- You sell thousands of SKUs and your category pages cover only the top level
- Shoppers search for attribute combinations your site has no pages for
- A previous programmatic effort created thin pages and hurt rankings
- You have structured product data and want it to earn traffic
How it runs
From first look to compounding results
Opportunity map
Data analysis produces a ranked list of page families with estimated demand, product coverage and revenue potential.
Pilot family
One page family is built, indexed and measured over six to eight weeks before anything scales.
Scale with caps
Families roll out in controlled batches with indexation monitored, so growth never outruns Google's appetite.
Maintain the system
Rules updated as the catalog changes, underperforming pages consolidated, and new families added from fresh demand data.

Questions
Programmatic SEO questions we get asked
Is programmatic SEO against Google's guidelines?
Scaled content built primarily to manipulate rankings is. Pages that give shoppers a genuinely useful, specific result for a real query are not. The difference is per-page value and quality gates, which is why we pilot before we scale.
How many pages should we create?
As many as have real demand and enough substance to be useful, and no more. We would rather ship three hundred strong pages than ten thousand thin ones, and we expand only when indexation and traffic data support it.
Does this work on Shopify?
Yes. Shopify's collection, metaobject and template system supports attribute and brand pages well, and we have patterns for handling filtered URLs and canonicals within its constraints.
How is this different from faceted navigation?
Faceted navigation generates every combination automatically and usually should not be indexed. Programmatic SEO chooses specific combinations, builds them with real content and controls exactly what enters the index.
