Build the store

Product feeds that win the impression before the bid

Google matches Shopping queries to product data, not to keywords you bid on. A title that reads "Blue Tee" loses to one that reads "Men's Organic Cotton Crew Neck T-Shirt, Navy" every time. We treat the feed as the highest-leverage asset in paid and free product visibility.

What changes

  • Titles and attributes rewritten from search-term data so products match more of the right queries
  • Every product carrying the identifiers, categories and attributes Google needs to show it
  • Custom labels that let campaigns bid on margin and stock, automatically

What is included

The work, item by item

Feed audit

Disapprovals, missing GTINs, weak titles, wrong Google product categories, absent colour, size, material and gender attributes, and the revenue tied to each gap.

Title and description rules

Rule-based title structures per category (brand, product type, key attribute, variant) built from real search terms, applied at scale through a feed tool or supplemental feed.

Attribute enrichment

Product type taxonomies, Google categories mapped correctly, and variant attributes filled from your PIM or catalog data so filters and query matching work.

Custom labels and segmentation

Margin tier, price band, seasonality, bestseller status and stock depth as labels that drive campaign structure and bidding.

Multi-channel feeds

Meta catalog, Pinterest, Microsoft Shopping and marketplace feeds generated from the same optimised source so every channel benefits.

Monitoring

Alerts for disapprovals, price mismatches and sudden drops in active items, checked before they turn into lost weeks.

Fit

This is the right service if

If none of these sound like your store, the Growth Analysis will point at what does.

  • Your feed is the default export from Shopify or WooCommerce and has never been edited
  • A meaningful share of products are disapproved or limited
  • Shopping impression share is low on the products that make you money
  • You sell variants and Google is showing the wrong one

How it runs

From first look to compounding results

  1. Audit and prioritise

Feed diagnostics and search-term data combined into a list of fixes ordered by revenue exposure.

  2. Fix the foundations

Identifiers, categories, disapprovals and availability sync corrected first because nothing else counts until products are eligible.

  3. Optimise titles and attributes

Rule sets built per category and tested in batches against impression share and click-through rate.

  4. Automate and monitor

Rules, labels and alerts left running so the feed stays healthy as the catalog changes.

Questions

Feeds questions we get asked

Do we need a feed management tool?

Not always. Shopify's Google channel and Merchant Center supplemental feeds and rules handle most catalogs. Tools such as DataFeedWatch, Channable or Feedonomics earn their cost when you sell across many channels or need complex per-category rules.

How much do product titles matter in Google Shopping?

A great deal. Title text is the primary field Google uses to match a product to a query, and the first few words carry the most weight on mobile where titles truncate. Fixing titles is usually the single biggest feed win.

Can feed changes hurt performance?

Changing titles and identifiers resets some product history, so we roll changes out in batches and watch impression share rather than rewriting the whole catalog in one night.

Does feed work help with free listings and AI shopping features?

Yes. Free listings, Shopping tab visibility and Google's AI shopping experiences all draw on the same Merchant Center data.
