Google Shopping run from the feed up
Shopping results are decided by product data before a bid is ever placed. We structure campaigns around margin and inventory, keep Standard Shopping where control matters and Performance Max where reach does, and make sure free listings carry their share.
What changes
- Campaigns segmented by margin, price band and stock, not one catch-all
- Impression share on your profitable products, less spend on the ones that do not convert
- Free listings and paid Shopping measured side by side in one report

What is included
The work, item by item
Campaign architecture
Custom labels for margin tiers, bestsellers, seasonality and clearance drive the structure. High-value products get their own budgets; long-tail products share.
Standard Shopping and Performance Max
We use both deliberately: Standard Shopping for query control and negatives, Performance Max for incremental reach, with feed-only asset groups where creative would only dilute.
Free listings
Merchant Center free listings enabled, verified and optimised so your products appear in the Shopping tab without a bid.
Bidding on profit
Target ROAS set per campaign from real margin, conversion value adjustments for returns where the data exists, and new-customer acquisition goals when growth matters more than efficiency.
Search term and placement hygiene
Negative lists, brand and non-brand separation, and placement exclusions for Performance Max so reporting stays honest.
Weekly operating rhythm
Feed disapprovals, price competitiveness, out-of-stock waste and budget pacing reviewed every week, with changes logged.
Focused work
Shopping tasks with their own page
Fit
This is the right service if
If none of these sound like your store, the Growth Analysis will point at what does.
- Shopping is your largest paid channel and it runs as one Performance Max campaign
- ROAS looks fine in Google Ads but contribution margin says otherwise
- You cannot tell which products are profitable to advertise
- Free listings are switched on but nobody has looked at them
How it runs
From first look to compounding results
Account and feed review
We audit the Merchant Center account, campaign structure, search terms and conversion tracking, then reconcile ad-platform revenue with your order data.
Rebuild the structure
New campaigns launch alongside the old with a controlled budget shift so you never lose a week of sales during the migration.
Optimise for margin
Bids, budgets and labels are tuned to contribution margin rather than headline ROAS, with new-customer targets layered in where growth is the goal.
Scale what pays
Winning segments get budget, seasonal calendars are planned in advance, and feed improvements keep raising the quality of every impression.

Questions
Shopping questions we get asked
Should we use Performance Max or Standard Shopping?
Usually both. Standard Shopping gives you search-term control and clean negatives; Performance Max adds reach across YouTube, Display and Discover. The mix depends on your catalog size, margin spread and how much control you need over brand terms.
How do you handle Shopping for a large catalog?
Through the feed. Custom labels, supplemental feeds and feed rules let us manage tens of thousands of products with a handful of campaigns, and prioritise by margin automatically.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
Pricing is scoped per engagement and shared in writing before work starts. We are happy to walk through the model on a call.
Can you fix Merchant Center disapprovals and suspensions?
Yes. Policy issues, price and availability mismatches, missing identifiers and website-requirement failures are all things we resolve regularly, and we prevent them with feed monitoring.
