Traffic
Traffic: surfaces and stains, never the word cleaner
Almost nobody types cleaner on its own with intent to buy. They type the surface they are afraid of ruining or the mark they cannot shift: granite, sealed hardwood, glass shower screen, grout, hard water, pet stain, mould on silicone. Most cleaning stores answer none of that, because the catalog is organised by bottle size and the blog is about the founder. The traffic lever is a set of surface and stain pages that name the material, say what is safe on it and what is not, and put the matching product in the same view. Those pages also feed the assistants, which is where a growing share of surface questions now get asked.
