Traffic: capacity, use case and the space it has to fit
Appliance searches carry the job and the constraint together: air fryer for a family of four, quiet blender for a small apartment, coffee machine that fits under a cabinet, stand mixer for heavy bread dough, compact dishwasher for a rental. A catalog with one page per model answers only the shoppers who already know the model name, which is the smallest group there is. The traffic lever is a set of collections and comparison pages built on capacity, use case, footprint and noise, with every product page carrying wattage, capacity in both units, external dimensions including the height needed with the lid open, cord length, weight and noise in text. Buying guides for the categories where models are hard to tell apart earn the informational visits, and they are what somebody looks for after watching a review video.
