Traffic: breed size, life stage and the problem the food has to solve
Nobody searches for a dog food brand they have not heard of. They search for large breed puppy food, food for a dog with a sensitive stomach, fresh dog food delivery in their province or state, or grain-free versus grain-inclusive. Most food brands have one Shop page, a recipe grid and a blog, which leaves that demand to marketplaces and to retailers carrying two hundred brands. The traffic work is a catalog with life-stage and breed-size collections, problem pages written in nutrition language rather than treatment language, a feeding calculator page that earns links from owner forums, and Shopping listings whose titles carry the life stage, the protein and the bag weight in the order people type them.
